Volcano
Volcano invites audiences into a voyeuristic journey played out across four performances full of surprise and intrigue. Existing in a liminal space, a living room in disrepair, a room without a door, two characters recreate the greatest hits of their old lives: a night at a rave, a favourite game show, an 80s music video, passing the time or quietly clinging to distant memories of a life out of reach.

Riverfire by Australian Retirement Trust returns this August to ignite our skyline, in a new spectacular display to open the festival. This is one of the most electrifying shows in Australia, fired by Foti Fireworks from multiple bridges, barges and city rooftops.

ChronoHARP
Set in the heart of ANZ Festival Garden, ChronoHARP interprets and extends the beauty of the traditional harp into a visual experience. Unlike its inspiration, which is designed to be played by a single person, ChronoHARP invites participation, reacting to human movement by casting vibrant animation through its woven structure.
