Get Involved: Become a Local Host
Neighbourhood Centres are invited to express their interest in becoming local hosts for a series of arts workshops. These workshops are designed to foster deep connections between local artists and community members, creating a vibrant and inclusive cultural experience.
Selection Criteria
To be considered as a host Neighbourhood Centres , applicants should demonstrate the ability to:
Promote the workshops and events effectively within their local community.
Provide appropriate workshop spaces, as outlined in the Neighbourhood Centres’ role section.
Collaborate within the key timeframes to achieve the best outcomes for their community in partnership with the Brisbane Festival team.
Additionally, the selection process will ensure representation across different geographical areas and community demographics within Brisbane.
