#Getting There
Parking
The most convenient parking option for visitors to QPAC is the Performing Arts Car Park (P1), located as part of the Cultural Centre car parks, accessible via Stanley Place.
Parking availability can be limited during peak times, so it is advisable to arrive early or consider pre‑paid parking.
Public Transport
The Concert Hall is located within QPAC and is easily accessible from South Brisbane Station and Cultural Forecourt. Plan your public transport journey using the Translink Journey Planner.

Venue Access
Three lifts provide access to the Lyric Theatre foyers from the ground floor. Check your ticket for your door number and go to Level 2 for doors 1-10, or Level 4 for all other doors. Unless you have specifically booked accessible seating, there may be some stairs involved during your visit. Call 136 246 if you have any mobility concerns.
Parking
The Lyric Theatre is located within QPAC and is easily accessible from South Brisbane Station and Cultural Forecourt. Parking options include the Performing Arts Car Park and the Queensland Museum.
Drop Off Locations
They are located on both sides of Grey St (on the QPAC side of Grey St as well as opposite QPAC just beyond the South Brisbane Railway Station before the Melbourne St intersection). Pedestrian access is available to QPAC from both Grey St and the river side of the building.
The southbound drop-off zone is the best option for Lyric Theatre, Concert Hall, and Cremorne Theatre performances. The northbound drop-off zone is located opposite Grey St outside the South Brisbane rail station towards Melbourne St.
Please be aware that the set-down areas have limited capacity, and we recommend you allow sufficient time for possible delays.
After dropping off in these zones, parking is then available in all car parks close to QPAC. Parking for people with mobility difficulties is available in all car parks.
Wheelchair Accessible
For wheelchair users, Companion Card holders or those requiring assistance, dedicated seating options are available, and bookings can be made through our Call Centre by giving us a call on 136 246.
Accessible Seating
Unless you have specifically booked wheelchair accessible seating, there may be some stairs involved during your visit. If you have special seating requirements (e.g.: wheelchair access, hearing difficulties, need an aisle seat or larger seat) or if you are accompanied by a guide, hearing or assistance dog please call QTIX on 136 246 to make your booking or if you have any mobility concerns.
The auditorium features continental seating with stalls and two levels of balconies, allowing for excellent access and seating options for wheelchair users and patrons with mobility difficulties.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets are available on the ground level and Levels LM, 2, and 4. There is a baby change facility in the toilets on Level TM.
Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs
QPAC welcomes patrons accompanied by guide, hearing, or assistance dogs. Staff are trained to meet the needs of support dogs and their handlers. Please notify the Box Office by calling 136 246 at the time of your booking if you plan to visit QPAC with your support dog.
