No-Waste Wardrobe at Westfield Chermside
Presented by Brisbane Festival and Westfield Chermside
Tomorrow's fashion.
Prepare to be inspired as Westfield Chermside transforms into a hub of eco-chic innovation with the 'no-waste wardrobe' program. With an art installation by Brisbane artist, Claudia Williams bringing discarded textiles to life, this program promises a journey of discovery and empowerment towards a more conscious approach to fashion.
The school holiday upcycling workshops will be run by Claudia and her team, inspiring kids of all ages to create a bespoke piece of art from previously loved clothes, donated through dedicated collection points in the centre in partnership with UPPAREL.
Westfield Chermside members will also get the chance to join us for a special Sip & Swap event, with Westfield Stylist, Sara Hatten-Masterson where we’ll discover the key to building a capsule wardrobe that's as planet-friendly as it is stylish.
