Presented by Brisbane Festival and Felons Brewing Co.

Merrick Watts: An Idiot's Guide to Wine - Volume Two
Merrick Watts: An Idiot's Guide to Wine - Volume Two

New jokes, new wines, same idiot.

A brand-new show from Australia’s favourite comedian slash wine expert. Join Merrick Watts as he makes the often-intimidating world of quality wine accessible and hilarious for all.

Volume One of this smash-hit show toured Australia and overseas to critical acclaim, including a sold-out 2022 Brisbane Festival season. Now, get ready for Volume Two because Watts is back in 2024 with a brand-new show, showcasing different grape varietals from awesome wine makers with new jokes, stories and food pairings to match.

A perfect way to start a Festival evening with friends. Each audience member tastes six wines during the show and may accidentally learn something along the way.
