Skylore — The Rainbow Serpent
Presented by Brisbane Festival, The Star Entertainment Group, Brisbane City Council and The Courier-Mail
A breathtaking and poetic drone display.
Back by popular demand and following the huge success of last year’s Nieergoo: Spirit of the Whale, our three-dimensional multicolour drone show returns for another glittering spectacular.
Join us at ANZ Festival Garden in South Bank or at Queen's Wharf as 400 drones dazzle over Brisbane’s iconic skyline with a spectacular storytelling of The Rainbow Serpent. This First Nations creation story for Brisbane River as told by Traditional Owner and Tribal Experiences Managing Director Shannon Ruska, brought to life through a carefully choreographed drone performance, with original sound composition by Guy Webster.
Skylore — The Rainbow Serpent is a larger-than-life highlight of Brisbane Festival and a bright and bold celebration of our city, celebrating culture and place.
