#Senior Producer

Ready to help shape and deliver the Brisbane Festival 2025 artistic program?

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Producer to help shape and deliver an ambitious artistic program, led by the festival’s Artistic Director. As a key member of the Programming team, you will work closely with the Program Director and Technical Director to oversee the planning and execution of key productions and events.

This role requires a strategic thinker and creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced festival environment. This is a full-time, 12-month contract commencing from 28 April.

#Technical Coordinators

Are you sharp, solutions-focused, and tech-savvy?

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in the fast-paced world of live events? 

Brisbane Festival’s Technical Coordinators work with the Technical Managers to deliver various  projects within the artistic program for Brisbane Festival. The Technical Coordinators support  the Technical Manager alongside Producers liaising with venues, suppliers, touring companies and artists; and coordinating technical requirements.

#Marketing Executive

Are you a super organised people-person who loves the hustle of festival season?

The Marketing Executive works closely with the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of Brisbane Festival’s marketing campaigns. This role is integral to managing media partnerships, coordinating reviewer and media requests, overseeing famils, and driving diverse and niche audience development. Additionally, the Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting delivery of show-specific marketing, fostering artist and company engagement, and collaborating with venues. A key responsibility includes managing the Festival’s media portal and assisting with in-season photography curation.

#Digital Marketing Coordinator - Web Content

Are you passionate about digital and the arts?

Brisbane Festival is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help manage our website and drive traffic through impactful digital marketing campaigns for our 2025 festival.

Responsible for overseeing website maintenance, coordinating content updates, and managing relationships with our web agency, you will be managing the day-to-day of Brisbane Festival’s most impactful marketing channel.

#Volunteers and Capacity Building Coordinator

Do you have a knack for spreadsheets, a passion for teamwork, and the confidence to lead and motivate a large crew?

The Volunteers and Capacity Building Coordinator ensures the successful delivery of two very important programs at Brisbane Festival.

Brisbane Festival is home to a Volunteers Program with a long and proud history. The Festival also has a Capacity Building Program, supported by the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland, which provides paid opportunities for emerging arts workers to develop their skills alongside leading artists and arts workers. The Volunteers and Capacity Building Coordinator would be the key contact for all individuals across both of these programs, ensuring they are connected with their respective internal departments and empowered to carry out their work. Once the programs have concluded, The Volunteers and Capacity Building Coordinator must complete reporting.

#Signage and Site Design Coordinator

Can you project-manage with precision and flair?

The Signage and Site-Design Coordinator is a key role within the Production Department with aspects that span across to Marketing. Responsible for planning and delivering the Brisbane Festival signage requirements in collaboration with Producers and the Brand Manager, this role coordinates the timely planning, collation, fabrication, and installation of all signage needs for various locations across the festival from bunting to fabric panels to vinyl and more. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, fastidious budget management and reconciliation, time management, responsibility, and a passion for excellence in the arts.

#Logistics Coordinator

Are you organised, proactive, creative, and practical?

The Logistics Coordinator supports the Programming and Technical Departments to manage the Festival’s logistics requirements and ensure efficient delivery of productions, programs, and events, in collaboration with the Production Coordinator and Production Administrator. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, procuring, and delivering logistics resources, coordinating all accommodation and ground transport requirements, and providing flexible, practical, and proactive solutions to support the delivery of the 2025 Brisbane Festival program.
