One of our main focuses at RakoPasefika is to breathe life into ancient art forms and stories, through music, dance and new innovative forms of storytelling. The RakoPasefika team is based in Fiji, Brisbane and Auckland.

“Rako” is a Rotuman word, translated literally means ‘to learn’. Rako was formed by a group of Rotuman and Polynesian artists on a quest to gain more insight, depth and knowledge of our heritage, with a focus on creative freedom.
